MAY GRAY (2019)

This series of monoprints originated from my walks in Santa Barbara during the late spring, when the mornings tend to be overcast and present a feast of subtle grays. In the afternoons, after the sun pops out, the sky turns an unbelievably bright blue and a carnival of colors dance before one’s eyes until dusk.
